2. Role of asiatripnow.com

asiatripnow.com acts solely as an intermediary/agent between Customers and independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to transport operators, tour providers, and fast boat companies (“Service Providers”).

We do not own, operate, or control these Service Providers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

3. Booking & Contract Formation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation.

The contract for the service is between the Customer and the Service Provider, not with asiatripnow.com.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details prior to confirmation.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in the selected currency and may be subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Currency exchange rates may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments are processed via third-party secure payment gateways.

Bank fees

Currency conversion differences

Payment processing delays or failures

6. Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official channels.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific service and timing:

≥ 48 hours before service: eligible for full or partial refund (subject to provider policy)

< 48 hours: generally non-refundable

No-show = no refund under any circumstances.

Some bookings (promo, peak season, fast boat) may be strictly non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe but are subject to payment provider processing times.

7. Amendments & Changes

Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and Service Provider approval.

Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.

Additional charges may apply.

Last-minute changes may be rejected without refund.

8. Transport Services Disclaimer

Pick-up times must be strictly followed.

Customers not ready at the scheduled time may be considered no-show.

Traffic, road conditions, and delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

9. Fast Boat Services Disclaimer

All departures are subject to weather, sea conditions, and port authority regulations.

Service Providers reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel trips for safety reasons.

Sea conditions

Delays or cancellations

Personal discomfort (e.g., seasickness)

10. Tours & Activities Disclaimer

Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to operational or environmental factors.

Certain activities carry inherent risks; participation is at the Customer’s own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Personal injury, illness, or death

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third parties

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless asiatripnow.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the services

Your violation of these Terms

Your negligence or misconduct

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Weather conditions

Government restrictions

Pandemics

Strikes or civil disturbances

No refunds shall be required under such circumstances unless provided by the Service Provider.

14. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

Valid identification/passports

Visa requirements

Health and travel insurance

Failure to comply does not qualify for refunds.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data is used strictly for booking and operational purposes.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
