1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\n

By accessing, browsing, or booking any service through asiatripnow.com (\u201cWebsite\u201d), you (\u201cCustomer\u201d) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or our services.<\/p>\n

asiatripnow.com acts solely as an intermediary\/agent between Customers and independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to transport operators, tour providers, and fast boat companies (\u201cService Providers\u201d).<\/p>\n

We do not own, operate, or control these Service Providers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.<\/p>\n

3. Booking & Contract Formation<\/h3>\n

A booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation.<\/p>\n

The contract for the service is between the Customer and the Service Provider, not with asiatripnow.com.<\/p>\n

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details prior to confirmation.<\/p>\n

4. Pricing & Currency<\/h3>\n

All prices are listed in the selected currency and may be subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

Currency exchange rates may vary depending on your payment provider.<\/p>\n

Last-minute changes may be rejected without refund.<\/p>\n

Pick-up times must be strictly followed.<\/p>\n

Customers not ready at the scheduled time may be considered no-show.<\/p>\n

Traffic, road conditions, and delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.<\/p>\n

9. Fast Boat Services Disclaimer<\/h3>\n

All departures are subject to weather, sea conditions, and port authority regulations.<\/p>\n

Service Providers reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel trips for safety reasons.<\/p>\n

Sea conditions<\/p>\n

Delays or cancellations<\/p>\n

Personal discomfort (e.g., seasickness)<\/p>\n

14. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Customers are solely responsible for:<\/p>\n

Valid identification\/passports<\/p>\n

Failure to comply does not qualify for refunds.<\/p>\n
